I understand that Gen Z has legitimate concerns regarding AI.
This technology is already taking over roles that involve small, isolated tasks, as well as those that merely rearrange existing ideas.
I encourage Gen Z to focus on learning the capabilities that AI lacks.
One significant aspect is that AI cannot forge the connections that allow human teamwork to exceed individual achievements. The highest form of human connection is referred to as Gestalt—an enriching experience of being part of something that transcends its individual components. For example, think about being a member of a basketball team that collectively performs beyond the sum of its players’ talents. In this context, tapping into the team's Gestalt is as essential as every other factor combined.
