We make those fleeting moments of connection that create something greater than the sum of the parts - happen more often

When performance unexpectedly declines below the sum of the parts, seemingly without cause, it is more about connection than technique. This situation arises because players overthink their parts, causing them to lose sight of the connections between all parts. We lift performance to something greater than the sum of the parts, a phenomenon known as Gestalt, by training players to put all their attention on the connections between all the parts.

Without flow we try to remove flow from parts of process.
Training flow diverts attention away from perfecting parts of process. We see the relationships of connection between everything around us. We see the whole. And we take an action. Pause to see what that did to the relationships of connection, and take another action, and so on. As we enter the flow state everything becomes timeless, natural, and effortless. We fit fragments of parts of process - seamlessly together in different and unfolding ways, without the sensation of active thought. Performance is simply the result of allowing that to happen so that something we could not have known before appears—a Wow moment.
We analyze what happened not for repetition, but to foster confidence that we can use flow to get better overall performance from parts of process.
We provide a range of opportunities to train flow:
**Community events** that welcome everyone, available for booking below.
**Private community/team building events**, designed to offer an immersive experience of flow.
SkillsofWow.org is the governing body for those who coach the skills of Wow.
