Basketball and swim with
Gestalt sports trainers
To stop a fragmented perspective from diminishing collective effectiveness. To make the whole more than the sum of its parts. To keep a typical brain at full sporting capacity.
By viewing the feet, legs, hips, and other body parts as components of a whole, we lessen the necessity of ingraining habits in the brain. Additionally, by recognizing the spaces between all players on the court, we diminish the reliance on pre-programmed team strategies. We keep a typical brain at full sporting capacity.

About the event
Let's Play Basketball to be effective in-game and life decision-makers.
Basketball has the potential to enhance decision-making skills for individuals involved in sports or not, enabling them to adjust effectively to various game situations and life scenarios. We show how to break free from your typical playing routine by incorporating micro-routines. This allows for a spontaneous sequence of actions to move around each other, resulting in thrilling and surprising plays that create those unforgettable "wow" moments.
