This session is younger teenagers. 

We use a new progressive way to coach sports called Games Coaching - that turns the process of improving into a personal journey into the unknown - where each person experiments to discover what else they can do

It lifts participation and performance for those who have gone as far as they can or want to - with conventional sports coaching. It keeps the brain healthy to make big progress quickly.

Games Coaching emerged from Jon Thorne's frustration with sports coaches and swimming teachers' reliance on everyone following their instructions to all play in the same way - and so kept asking his ADHD son to leave.

• 6 to 7pm. Bushey Grove Leisure Centre, WD23 2TD
• 13+ - Mixed - All ability.
• There is a big "ish" with age. 11 is ok, if it works for the player.

• We went to the most amazing basketball session in  Hemel at Longdean school. My son is autistic and has ADHD he struggles  to follow instruction and is extremely demand avoidant.
