About the event
We play for fun, fitness, and kindness.
We explore basketball by trying things before we understand why and before it makes sense. We get lost in the fun of it. The creativity. Each player enjoys their own learning journey at their own speed while playing in agile teams that connect, adapt, and flow together.
A warm welcome is guaranteed.
We play under a "be kind" rule. This means everyone is asked to avoid relying on being bigger, faster, stronger, and technically superior and instead use the brain the way science says is the best way. To think their way around opponents, barriers, and challenges. This develops what Michael Jordan calls “Think Power”.
We find ways to rewire what is wired into our brains. New ways to perform that lie beyond what we currently know. It's like the late Kobe Bryant’s Mamba Mentality. Older players use their changing bodies to rewrite their brain's wiring to find different ways to play. Younger players rewrite their brains wiring to personalise their standard skills to play to a higher level. Everyone discovers new ways to beat players who are more athletic than they are. Together we play for fun, fitness, and kindness.

About us
