We show players that those fleeting moments of uncoachable inspiration are connections that create something greater than the sum of the parts, a phenomenon known as Gestalt. Gestalt is a commitment to succeed by exploring the unknown together, knowing this provides more time to perfect parts. Gestalt can be trained.
We train Gestalt by stopping players from addressing what metrics indicate is broken, so that they put all attention on the dynamic connections between all parts. We show players how to wait for opportunities to offer previously unseen alternatives as someone’s options begin to dwindle. And if nothing appears, look for something else. Coaches use what the metrics indicate is broken to design problems for the players to solve.

About the event
We have separated out the coaching of space, time, and timing skills from the coaching of technical, speed, and strength skills. Now, nobody needs to go through the categorizing and ranking of their technical, speed, and strength skills - to get access to the biggest benefit of playing sport. The sharing of Wow moments.
When players find their balance - for the circumstances they are in - between their technical, speed, and strength skills AND their space, time, and timing skills. They rely less on running through brick walls and executing plans. More on the Wow moments that come from influencing the constantly looping, spiraling, flow of options that are always around us.
