MINDFUL TRAINING - Build individual skills to strengthen your team's resilience.
When a team focuses too heavily on how its individual parts function, it can become automated and fixed in its ways. Over time, those parts may fragment, leading to systemic failure.
Coaches once helped teams address this problem, but technology has made functional connection the dominant way we connect, and entire generations have grown up knowing little else.
Players therefore need to be taken away from functional connection to learn to be mindful of how the relationships between the functions act as a whole and return to their teams able to anticipate personal adjustments to resist systemic fragmentation and strengthen their team’s overall performance.
We provide practical, experiential training through basketball and swimming.
