About the event
- 8pm to 9.30pm - Have lengthed the session to 1.5hrs.
- It is at Sportspace Longdean, 10 minutes from Westminster Lodge. The entrance is not via Longdean school. There is a separate entrance that you can only find by just putting the post code in - HP3 8JH - off Hill Common. The easiest way is to use “What3Words” and they are ///guard.forks.fries
- 16+ - Mixed - League Level - club and no club players are welcome.
About Games Coaching
The more we prepare - by practicing the details - the more our brains filter out - so that we are not distracted by - the space framed by obstacles. Unlike birds - we can’t fly through trees because we can’t see the space framed by the branches - we see only the branches and so fly into them. It gets worse - the more we fly into the branches the more we practice to become better at flying into the branches. Games coaching is about playing games to learn how to use obstacles to frame the space into which we flow. Click here to see a video on how obstacles frame space.
