About us
Having a healthy brain requires us to both adapt on the field of play while relying on routine, ingrained, ways of thinking.
But, the process of learning routine, and ingrained, ways of thinking lowers the ability to adapt on the field of play - so when our routine, ingrained, ways of thinking don't work - our unhealthy brain doubles down and tries harder to execute the ingrained ways of thinking that are not working. We can't progress.
We correct this by finding time to practice adapting on the field of play - which when blended with executing ingrained ways of thinking - keeps our brain healthy so we make micro-decisions that ripple through flowing teams, diversity generates progress, and outcomes (sometimes unexpected) follow progress. We always find ways to progress.
