Training the skills of relating
Learning means first pinning down the parts we need to master, then training how they relate to one another.
To master individual parts, we lose sight of how they relate. It is easy to become trapped in an endless loop of mastering parts before progressing, dismissing any suggestion that a lack of relational skills is the real barrier.
Training the skills of relating gives us experience of moments that are greater than the sum of the parts we have mastered — and we find we need to pin down far fewer parts in the first place.

About the event
Players have a responsibility to ensure everyone's safety on the court, thereby enabling them to demonstrate their relational interplay to the max. To support this, we've implemented a method inspired by rugby. If a dangerous play occurs with mitigating factors, a yellow card is issued, resulting in time on the sidelines. Without mitigating factors, a red card is given directly. Additionally, two yellow cards result in a red card. The most dangerous play is taking out a landing zone.
