We make those fleeting moments of uncoachable inspiration - happen more often
We show players that those fleeting moments of uncoachable inspiration are connections that create something greater than the sum of the parts, a phenomenon known as Gestalt. Gestalt is a commitment to succeed by exploring the unknown together, knowing this provides more time to perfect parts. Gestalt can be trained.
We train Gestalt by stopping players from addressing what metrics indicate is broken, so that they put all attention on the dynamic connections between all parts. We show players how to wait for opportunities to offer previously unseen alternatives as someone’s options begin to dwindle. And if nothing appears, look for something else.

About the event
Regardless of the ability to play, come and play basketball to stop thinking like a machine. We guide players to move away from viewing themselves as machines with parts that require fixing or replacing in order to perform at a higher standard. They create Wow moments. These are the skills to thrive in a world driven by AI.
