By providing a simple way to keep the brain healthy, we can all collectively sustain a cohesive whole
Whenever players and coaches are asked how they won a close game, they nearly always mention how they connected as a cohesive whole. Yet, little attention is given to training the ability to sustain that cohesion. This may be because a healthy brain is, by nature, a sustained, cohesive whole.
But when one or a few individuals are responsible for sustaining the cohesive whole, others focus only on the parts assigned to them. This narrows their perception of the whole and diminishes brain health. When those responsible for cohesion are not present, the whole fragments into something mechanical. Human cohesion is reduced to an algorithm.
By offering players a simple way to keep their brains healthy, they can sustain their contribution to the cohesive whole.

Two of the most effective activities for training the perception of the whole are basketball and swimming.
We organize community events, corporate team-building retreats, and sessions tailored for sports clubs.

Gestalt trainers will show you how to build a perception of the whole from all the connections between everyone on the court. To move to shape this whole to provide each other with options as their own dwindle. We recover the brain health lost from focusing on parts.
