Training Gestalt using the dynamic connections found in sports. Players learn how to use the connections between the parts to create something greater than the sum of the parts

No one can learn to use the connections between parts to create something greater than the sum of the parts when they are focused on assembling those parts into a perfect whole. They might even reject the concept of Gestalt altogether. The initial step in training Gestalt is to prevent players from adopting this mindset.
We then use the dynamic connections found in sports to train players to put all attention on the connections between all parts. To use what they see to offer teammates options as their own options diminish. In this way, players create fleeting moments of inspiration that can't be repeated. They create something greater than the sum of the parts.
By training Gestalt using the dynamic connections found in sports, you will have the mental agility to navigate challenges without relying on sitting down for therapeutic conversations.

We stop players from fixing their parts into a fixed way of playing. To better see all the connections between all of us. We then all move to shape these connections for the joy of creating something greater than the sum of our individual talents. Any feelings of being in a rut drift away.
