We show players how to connect in a way that creates something greater than the sum of the parts, a phenomenon known as Gestalt.
Gestalt is a commitment to succeed by exploring the unknown together, knowing this provides more time to perfect parts.
We train Gestalt by stopping players from addressing what metrics indicate is broken, so that they put all attention on the dynamic connections between all parts. We show players how to wait for opportunities to offer previously unseen alternatives as someone’s options begin to dwindle. And if nothing appears, look for something else.
