We know being compelled to adopt someone else's perspective can feel controlling. Conversely, others perceive an unwillingness to embrace their perspectives as disrespectful. So while we accept all perspectives, it is on the condition that you are trying to make the whole more than its parts. You will be removed if you try to make others follow your perspective.
