In sports and in life, CONNECTION is as important as everything else put together.
We live in times that make it easy for us to believe that we must achieve perfect alignment, with each element working together seamlessly. However, this perspective restricts everyone involved to merely the sum of their individual contributions.
We provide an immersive experience of **Gestalt**, where connections between parts create something greater than the sum of the parts.
We don’t access a Gestalt by following instructions. We achieve this level of connection by observing and copying those in the Gestalt we wish to join, and processing the entirety of the experience so that we embody the Gestalt. It is easier to access a Gestalt when someone is shaping it for us.
HOW TO SHAPE A GESTALT - think Steph Curry and Antoine Dupont
1. Clarity. Ensure that the next move is apparent to everyone
2. Patience. Wait to see how everyone reacts
3. A Sense of Calmness. If the chosen move can’t be executed, stay calm, and allow another move of clarity to unfold.

About the event
We play Total Team Basketball because it requires Gestalt. It hinges on connection rather than surprise.
When we collaborate with seasoned basketball players, they often conceal their intentions and then execute swiftly to catch opponents off guard. They depend on the element of surprise. However, the downside is that only the teammates they've played with for years understand their moves, and the pace is so rapid that others can't respond in time to lend support. Additionally, a skilled coach can scout these players effectively. To play Total Team Basketball, experienced players need to incorporate clarity and patience into their gameplay.
