In sports and in life, CONNECTION is as important as everything else put together.
The outcome of peak human connection is the creation of something that is greater than the sum of the parts. Known as Gestalt. Think Steph Curry, Antoine Dupont. But also when we love each other.
This is made harder to attain when we align our thinking, because it limits us to being parts in the sum of the parts.
Because we live in times where it is too easy to align our thinking we provide immersive experiences of connections where alignment of thinking is prevented so that we have the possibility of doing something greater than the sum of individual contributions.
Connecting without aligning our thinking is about seeing how all parts are connected. It’s being clear to everyone involved you are moving a part, then be patience and calm and wait to see how this impacted all the connections, and then move another part, and so on. From the changing connections something greater than the sum of the parts emerges.
